Hi all and welcome to my world aka Mishfit Life!  I wanted to create a space that people could turn to for inspiration from my heart to yours on fitness, mindset, health, lifestyle, recipes, music, and learning how to manage the different challenges we all face in our daily lives. In one word, learning how to become more RESILIENT and shift back into a space of joy. It takes practice and it’s a personal journey.

Speaking of personal, I have been training professionally since 2012 and was previously working in digital media advertising sales for 8 years. I took a leap of faith and transitioned out of sales to pursue my passion for helping others through my own personal healing journey and became a personal trainer. My belief is healing psychologically through the physical, and I was in the love with the idea that I could marry both my love for fitness and people into what sounded like a dream job.  Today and 7 years later, I get to help inspire others to with one on one coaching, teaching kids and adult classes, and hold space for others with reiki, polarity, and bodywork.

My journey has led me to this point where I, like you, have overcome some of life’s unexpected challenges.  It isn't easy and sometimes when you think you have it all figured out, life throws you another curve ball.  One of the only things in life that is constant is change and I want to share how I'm learning to ride the roller coaster of BALANCE through my life experiences.  It doesn't just stop with me as I will also be talking to people of all ages and sharing their knowledge on different topics.  Sharing is caring and no matter what age, "we are all misfits living in a world on fire" (People Like Us, Kelly Clarkson).
